Our Approach To Successful E-mail
Planning & Strategy
Cyber-NY works closely with clients to develop the best strategy to achieve the desired goals. We then make recommendations on technology, design, offers, incentives and overall approach.
Design
After the initial planning has been completed, Cyber-NY works with the client to perfect the message and bring it to life with compelling visuals and strong 'call-to-action.' We provide up to three rounds of creative concepts to determine a final format.
Asset Hosting & List Management
The finalized e-mail design is converted to an HTML/Text format and staged on our asset hosting server for integration with our reporting system. The client's database is imported into our list management system and integrated with an automated opt-in / opt-out system.
Testing & Transmission
Each e-mail campaign goes through preliminary testing to ensure tracking, layout and embedded links perform correctly. Upon client approval, the e-mail is transmitted from our BoomNetworks mail server. A transmission report detailing the number of e-mails transmitted and completion time is delivered to the client.
Tracking & Analytics
Cyber-NY provides clients with tracking data to pinpoint the total number of e-mails transmitted, delivered, viewed and clicked on. With the addition of server-side landing pages, additional information can be gathered including site activity and transactions.
