  Background
  Huntington Learning Center is the countries oldest provider of supplemental education services with over 240 locations nationwide. When Dr. Raymond and Eileen Huntington opened the first Huntington Learning Center in 1977, their goal was to help children succeed in school by reaching their full potential. Adhering to this one basic principle, Huntington has grown, but the focus has always remained the same.

Challenges:
Huntington sought to reach a specific audience of parents at a crucial decision making point and provide them with the tools and information they needed to decide if supplemental education services from Huntington was right for them.
• Strengthen brand representation online
• Improve visitor conversion and methods for reaching new potential customers
• Provide information on a diverse range of services
• Reach local markets for 250 centers nationwide
 
Results:
Cyber-NY developed a new Huntington consumer site and a network of 250 local center websites with centered around a strong brand identity and a suite of tools for visitors to find centers and services that met their individual needs.
• Enhanced Tools: Cyber-NY developed tools for locating centers, generating a custom "Getting Started" package, requesting information and service specific promotions through an online coupon system.
• Local Center Network: Cyber-NY created a centrally controlled system for managing 250 individual center websites with limited control at the franchisee level.
• Integrated Online Marketing: Cyber-NY created awareness and drove qualified traffic to a higher than average conversion rate through a mix of search engine advertising, online public relations, search engine optimization, e-mail marketing and online promotional offers.
