  iVoxPromo is quickly becoming the most important tool for vocalists to ensure that their materials are heard by the people who matter most. The searchable database and customized web based software is the must use resource for Artists and Performing Arts Producers. The site guarantees that an artist's materials will be quickly and easily accessible at all times.

Challenges:
iVoxPromo came to Cyber-NY to create a web site that would allow vocalists to submit their press material to participating Performing Arts Producers, or email their materials to anyone around the world.
• Creating online Audio/video press kits for vocalists to send via email.
• Developing an Ecommerce Platform that allows producers to create events and then charge for entries
• Developing a Fee based Membership system for vocalists and producers.
• Develop an Events Management system so that vocalists can apply for events from producers.

Cyber-NY provided a number of solutions in order to make iVoxPromo the most important tool for vocalists to ensure that their materials are heard by the people who matter most.
• Enhanced Features: iVoxPromo guides artists through creating, personalizing, and updating their Internet press kit. Artists can then maintain an online presence that represents them in a highly artistic and professional manner.
• Artist Profile: Vocalist photos, bios, audio/video files, reviews, roles/repertoire, and a calendar are all available on one page and are updated anytime with a click of a button.
• Vocalist & Event Database: Vocalists can search the events database and then apply online to events. Producers can search vocalists online and then review their online press kits.
