  Background
  YamahaMusicSoft.com is the online retailer for all music software and related musical instrument accessories for the Yamaha Corporation in North America. Cyber-NY provided Yamaha Music Interactive with website design, online marketing and technology consulting as well as cd-rom and print design services.

Challenges:
Yamaha Music Interactive sought to reach a diverse audience of Yamaha musical instrument users that spanned a wide range of software and shippable products. Most users did not share any compatible product lines.
• Communicate to a diverse audience of Yamaha musical instrument users
• Improve visitor conversion and methods for reaching new potential customers
• Provide information on a diverse range of services
• Maintain an accurate brand representation
 
Results:
Cyber-NY developed the new YamahaMusicSoft.com website to provide clearly identified user channels directly from the home page. Once users were directed to specific instrument splash pages, navigation conventions were established for browsing, shopping and checkout process.
• Seamless Integration: Cyber-NY designed and built the YamahaMusicSoft.com website in a multi-phased staging and delivery environment for seamless integration with Yamaha's commerce system.
• Branded Design: Cyber-NY adhered to all Yamaha brand guidelines and documentation. After the site was completed, Cyber-NY created a styleguide to ensure the correct look and feel is maintained during anticipated site growth.
